At Berres Brothers Coffee Roasters, we want you to love every sip; if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a resolution. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we handle returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis to ensure your complete satisfaction.

    Include photos of the packaging and the batch code if your request concerns product quality or shipping damage.

    Our roasting team will evaluate your request to determine if a return, replacement, or store credit is the best solution.

    Once approved, we will ship out a fresh replacement or process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
