How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

We roast our beans in small batches daily at our Watertown, Wisconsin facility. Your coffee is packaged and shipped immediately after roasting to ensure you experience the peak flavor and aroma.

What is the shelf life of Berres Brothers coffee?

For the best flavor profile, we recommend consuming our coffee within 6 months of the roast date if the bag remains sealed. Once opened, it is best enjoyed within 2 to 4 weeks when stored in a cool, dry place.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes! Our Coffee Club allows you to choose your favorite flavors and set a delivery frequency. Subscribers enjoy a 10% discount on every order and the convenience of never running out of beans.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship via UPS and USPS across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Can I return coffee if I don't like the flavor?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact our customer service within 14 days.

Are your flavored coffees gluten-free and allergen-friendly?

Our flavorings are sugar-free, gluten-free, and contain no certified allergens. We use high-quality extracts to ensure a premium taste without added calories or common dietary concerns.
